Acceptable use policy

What SYSTMS may and may not be used for.

This policy applies to everyone using SYSTMS. It is part of our terms of service.

You must not use SYSTMS to

• break the law, or help anyone else to, including data protection, employment, consumer and anti-spam law;
• store or send material that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes someone else's rights;
• send unsolicited marketing, or message people who have not agreed to hear from you where consent is required;
• put in special category data (health, ethnicity, religion, biometrics and the like) or criminal records data unless you have a lawful basis and the safeguards the law requires;
• upload malware, or probe, scan, overload or try to break the security of the Service or anyone's account;
• get round usage limits, plan restrictions or access controls, or access another business's data;
• scrape the Service, resell it, or use it or its AI output to build a competing product;
• use the AI features to produce content that is deceptive, impersonates someone, or is intended to cause harm, or rely on them alone for safety-critical decisions.

If something goes wrong

Report suspected misuse or a security issue to hello@systms.io. We may remove content or suspend access that breaches this policy, telling you why where we can.
